Maui and the fish

One sunny hot day maui sailed out in his in his waka to find fish for the second time. He paddled day and night when he reached his destination he stopped took a deep breath and flung his hook far away it slowly dropped.

While he waited he read the latest newspaper then he started to doze off. Then the line started unraveling he woke up he griped onto the line and started to pull up the line

Then his boat came on top of something big it was black it was massive it was a stingray then he realised he hooked up the north island!!!!!!!

Why we shouldn't have school on Saturdays

NOOOOOOOOOO SCHOOL ON SATURDAY MR.KEY

Now I don't no if you have a Brain or not but this is RUBBISH I am Offended that you think that the normal school students are under the national standards!!!!!! 

YOU ARE BRAINLESS EEG HEAD and I am here to tell you why so listen closely because what's  down here doesn't come out of my mouth offen……

Now John Phillip key have you seen kids,obviously not because most kids have sports on Saturday mornings or going to church or have valuable family time and if you make school on Saturdays that means we have on day to embrace being a kid 

And you obviously haven't heard of the weekends it's got a s on it for a reason because there is suppose to be two days

Tayla and ruby

One day there was 2 girls named Tayla and ruby. 

Ruby liked hokey she played it all day long she only had 3 brakes that were short she went to comps. 

Tayla liked horse riding she rode all day long she only had 3 rests that were 2 mins she went to show jumping show here horses were named Dimond lily and Aladen.

Dear Ministry of  Education WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!!!
I think this is a dumb and idiotic idea because there are people good people out there who don't what this here is why……….

Firstly:
The children and parents. The children don't want this because they have sports the their mums and dads payed good money for and you are taking that away from happy children. And the families need family time and need to have at least two days to relax.

Secondly:
The principals, teachers and caretakers even that you are giving them more money and holidays they still need time in the week to get away from school and to have a nice week not having to be gumpy.

Thirdly:
Sports coaches have to change their days because of you, now because of school their time on Sunday's are too full to relax for one minute.

Also:
People who go to church have to change their activities all on Sunday so they can go to school and learn because you told them to.

Lastly:
No one will be happy with what you have done to all the primary schools.

Maui and the North Island - Jessica

A long time ago there was a warrior called Maui. Maui was very tall and very brave. He has tattoos from all the beasts that he had fort over the years. But all of the sudden people started to get sick and hungry in Maui’s village so he decided to go and fish for some wonderful kia.

Maui set out to sea he paddled for many days,and days finally he found a good place the fish. He took out his hook made from whale bone and flung the hook into the sea. He waited and waited. He started reading the daily newspaper then he took a nap. 

An hour went by Maui herd his rope slipping he jumped up,hulled on the rope with all his might and finally his feast had topped resisting and came to the surface. Maui froze when he saw what he had brung up. It was a ginormous stingray but the minute it hit the surface it became land.

And that is how the North Island came to be.

How The Narwhal Got His Fin


Once upon a time on a hot day in Hawaii there was a Narwhal called Gizzy. Gizzy was very normal, he walked around and ate pineapples but he could not swim.

One sunny afternoon a huge blue whale was trying to get beached. “Gizzy I am going to help you swim!”. “What?” said Gizzy “how do you know my name.” “Don’t think about that, my name is Kevin. I am going to help you swim.” Gizzy was feeling so weird about Kevin, he has never thought  of swimming in the ocean. He liked walking and making friends with the coconuts.

“Ok?” said Gizzy “GREAT” yelled Kevin “ we will start now. Go over to that little bay, your first lesson will be there.” ………..Five minutes later……….. Gizzy and Kevin were both at the little bay, Kevin said “ ok this is what you have to do.” “Kick around this little bay and your back fin will come out.” “I have a back fin” said Gizzy not knowing what to do. “ Yes you will lose you legs and and have a beautiful back fin” said Kevin feeling very happy, “ok?” said Gizzy some sounding very scared.

Gizzy kick around the little bay, his legs were getting smaller and smaller. “Ok your lesson is over, go home and meet me at 9:30am at the ocean’s edge you are going to get your back fin”
said Kevin. So Gizzy went home and got some sleep. The next day Gizzy went to the ocean’s edge, Kevin was wating for him, but spence Gizzy’s leg were smaller it was harder to walk.
Final he got there. “Jump in and swim around and don't come back to the island”. So Hizzy swam and losted his legs and never come back to Haiwii.

So that is how the Nalwhal got there back fin.

The fish of
Maui

One hot day Maui was paddling away from his beloved island, on a big, long, wooden waka.
For days and days, nights and nights until one day Maui stopped paddling, he stopped everything and he took a deep breath.


As he took a big breath the sun was gleeming down on him, all his thoughts were bubbling around Maui’s mind his was sleepy.
Maui reached into his grass skirt and got out his fishing hook.

He throw that hook as hard as he could making it go so far away. Deeper and deeper the hook went the longing it took.
Maui wanted for hours, he got out a newspaper and had a read of it. Then he had a nap, then a HUGE black fish got the hook it was a sting ray.

The North island, living plants,” was it a magical land yes” he paddled back home to tell his loved ones about this island that came to be.

The beast have never awaken from the day forward.
